Responsibilities:
- Handle diverse cases, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA claims.
- Contribute to employment counseling and transactional work.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of employment litigation experience
- Active and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
